Return & Refund Policy
At Sadaf Kanwal Fashion, all of our dresses are custom-made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been completed.
Order Cancellation & Refunds

No Returns:
- Since each dress is made specifically for the customer, we do not offer a return policy for any items.

No Refunds After Completion:
- Once your order is complete, we are unable to offer a refund under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 5 days of placing the order. If your cancellation request is received within this period, you will be eligible for a full refund. After 5 days, cancellations will not be accepted, and the order will proceed as planned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sadafkanwalfashion@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Given that all our items are custom-made, they are non-returnable. This includes any personalized or special order items. Please ensure you are certain about your order before finalizing it.
Refunds

For Canceled Orders (Within 5 Days):
- If your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at sadafkanwalfashion@gmail.com.
