Return & Refund Policy
At Sadaf Kanwal Fashion, all of our dresses are custom-made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been completed.
Order Cancellation & Refunds

No Return or Exchange: As each outfit is made specifically per order, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

No Cancellations: Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as we immediately begin processing and preparing the materials.

Customisation: In case of any special request such as color change or design modification (if accepted by our team), an additional charge of PKR 10,000 will be applied per outfit.

Advance Payment Required: We require 100% advance payment for all orders. Orders will only be confirmed and processed once full payment is received.
Delivery charges must also be paid in advance, along with the outfit payment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sadafkanwalfashion@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Given that all our items are custom-made, they are non-returnable. we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
